How to (finally) succeed at Internet Marketing

The biggest mistake in online marketing

We’ve all heard about the person who thought that they were on the right road, only to realize, miles later, that they had taken a wrong turn.

I would like to tell you that that’s what happens to most online marketers; oh, if only it were that simple!

Instead, the parable that most closely describes the average online marketer is not as simple as that. It’s more like someone who got on a wrong boat and not only did they get on the wrong boat but they were headed in the opposite direction of where they were going.

No wait. It’s more like someone who picked the wrong destination for what they were looking for.

See,  here’s what’s really going on with internet marketers:

Most marketers focus on the wrong thing entirely. And some of them don’t even know what they are looking for.

“Some Internet Marketers don’t even know what they are looking for”

And it’s not even to make sales, because if you sell a product that costs more to advertise than what you make in sales, then you haven’t made a profit.

Everything you do online has one goal in mind….the profit you make.

I’m not saying that ethics aren’t important. And I’m not suggesting that you shouldn’t pick an industry that can help people. But at the end of the day, you need to ask yourself…is this going to make me any real money?

If what you are doing online isn’t making you any money, then it could be that you are in the wrong industry selling the wrong product. Or, it could just be that you are marketing it all wrong.

In my internet marketing program, I show you how to make money.

Yes, we have a game plan. And yes, the program is relational in nature, meaning you care about people and you don’t burn them.

But that’s not what my students are looking for…they are looking for how to make real money online.

And that’s exactly what you’ll learn. Check it out

Self-guided Ecourse

As you may have noticed on the main page, our internet marketing 101 mentoring program doesn’t start up again until November of 2017.

But that’s okay. Because..we have just begun our self-guided e-course. Orientation begins September 5th–  it’s a four-week course.

You’ll receive daily assignments and lessons along with practical examples, and “keep on track” checkpoints to make sure you aren’t neglecting any one part of your marketing strategy.

This self-guided program is “step-by-step” simple, and foundational in its approach. We take you from “easy- to -breezy” in no time.

As always, we have a “Help Me!” hotline you can call  during normal business hours (9-5).

Skills you need to know before you begin

You must know the following basic computer skills before beginning this course: “Cut, copy, and paste”; using a text editor; minimizing and maximizing a computer; the difference between an address bar and a task bar, and how to open a new “window.”

A good qualifying question to ask most of you is: Do you know what a browser is? If you don’t, then you definitely need to brush up on these skills before beginning.

Also, if you are new to the computer it’s a really good idea to take a beginning computer course at your local library. Most library computer courses are completely free of charge.

When does the course start up?”

Orientation begins September 5th

What will I learn?

You will be taught how to find your niche, how to position yourself online as an expert, how to sell online immediately, (yes, immediately) and how to build a high quality blog and website. We also cover basic SEO and traffic techniques.

Who will benefit from this course?

Those marketers who need help in getting their online business started, developed, or off the ground will benefit. If you already have a blog or website, and you aren’t doing really well yet, this course will review the basics to make sure your website is following “best practices” for search engine optimization.

If you have a quality blog with some traffic but would like more traffic, then you should go with the more advanced course.

But, if you are highly motivated, if you are just getting started at internet marketing, or if you just have gaps that need to be filled, and you are okay with asking for help rather than being checked up on, then we welcome you to join this self-guided program.
